"We purchased from DQS after doing a fair amount of research. Price was more than fair. When stairs arrived we were thrilled with quality. We had our contractor install and there was a mistake with measurement. DQS sent us some material for contractor to fix but it wasn't going to work. Today they sent a true craftsman out and he replaced an oak tread, added poplar to close a gap and replaced molding. Great customer service!"

The completed stairs are safe and sturdy, and after I stain and paint them, they will look terrific.
